  2. The RFPQ’s documents in English may be downloaded below, and submitted by the expert.
  3. Offers must be submitted by hand to APLA office, 2nd floor, Safad Bld., 10 Jabra Al Anqar str., Al Masyoun, Ramallah, Palestine, or by email to a.aburaidah@apla.ps in PDF format on or before 3:00 PM. of 24 Aug. 2025. Late offers will be rejected.
