During his visit to Jenin Municipality, accompanying H.E. Minister of Local Governance, Eng. Majdi Al-Saleh, along with members of APLA's Executive Committee; Hussam Daraghmeh, Mayor of Tubas; and Ahmad Al-Ardah, Mayor of Arrabeh, Al-Zubeidi reaffirmed local authorities' readiness to continue providing their support and aid to Jenin and its refugee camp, in support against the assault and to repair damages.

Al-Zubeidi pointed out APLA's work in cooperation with the Ministry of Local Governance to allocate and dedicate all capacities of local authorities to help Jenin Municipality in its efforts to restore services, repair the impacts of the assault, and help the citizens who were forcefully displaced.

Meanwhile, the Minister of Local Governance, Eng. Majdi Al-Saleh, expressed his praise and appreciation of the Municipality's work as well as the Refugee Camp Committees under these difficult circumstances, offering all support and facilitations they might need, affirming the stance of all the Palestinian people and their local authorities with our people in Jenin.

During his visit to the help and aid center managed by the Municipality, Al-Saleh noted the initiative of local authorities to provide all means of support and aid to our people in Jenin and its Municipality, reaffirming his full support of this initiative. 

Moreover, Al-Saleh followed up reconnecting water supply to the Governmental Hospital in the city and repairing the damages remnant of the latest Israeli assault that prevented it.

On another note, the Mayor of Jenin, Nidal Al-Obeidi, reaffirmed the Municipality's continued work around the clock to deal with the impacts of the Israeli assault against the city and its refugee camp, as well as the Municipality's commitment to exert all efforts necessary for supporting the citizens of the city and its refugee camp.
