The Association of Palestinian Local Authorities "APLA" conducted a workshop in partnership with the Ministry of Local Government "MoLG", through the Creativity and Innovation Hub, under the title of "Cadastral Data Management" with the participation of 36 representatives from the Engineering departments at local authorities. The workshop aimed to enhance their capacities in the field of the Cadastral data of Spatial Information.
The Surveying and Geomatics Engineering Expert, Yazan Al-Hashlamoun provided a detailed presentation on how Cadastral data, starting with a general introduction of the Spatial Data Infrastructure "SDI" project, followed by defining Cadastral data in its relation to the project, and concluding with the Cadastral Data Use Manual, and the elements used for the Palestinian system.
The workshop is part of APLA's Multi-Annual Action Plan "MAAP", funded by the EU, with the aim of supporting the Technical Hubs Project for exchanging experiences among local authorities. The Technical Hubs Program comprises of five Hubs: Engineering and Planning Hub; Public Relations Hub; Financial Management Hub; Village Councils Hub; and Creativity and Innovation Hub.
