The Association of Palestinian Local Authorities (APLA) President Eng. Mousa Hadid along with a number of APLA’s members have participated in the 3rd City Partnership Palestinian-German Conference which was carried out on Sep, 2017 in Jericho city, during the presence of 70 officials including 30 Palestinian and German Mayors, City Councils’ representatives, and technical Municipal Staff, all who have strong ties and mutual cooperative projects.

The conference is organized by  Service Agency Committees in One World (SKEW) in partnership with Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) through its Local Government Reform Programme. The conference is considered a continuation of what was concluded at the first conference held in Ramallah and Bethlehem in 2014, and the second conference which was held in the German City of Jina in 2015.
