SDG Stories in Beit Awwa – Al-Wahda Co-educational School

At Al Wahda Basic Co-educational School in Beit Awwa, Hebron Governorate, sustainable development became an engaging learning experience that combined education, creativity, and participation.
Sustainable Development Stories (ESCWA Stories) captures this journey, showcasing the educational learning corners alongside a range of cultural, artistic, sports, and theatrical activities implemented in a stimulating learning environment, with the participation of staff from Beit Awwa Municipality and the Palestinian Ministry of Education and Higher Education.
The SDG Stories Program is implemented with the support of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA), through Mobilizing of Palestinian (LGUs) Competences in Knowledge Exchange and SDGs Adaptation project, in partnership with the Palestinian Ministry of Education and Higher Education, funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), and supported by GIZ.
