APLA continued its efforts for enhancing the capabilities and capacities of Palestinian local authorities through working with the Ministry of Local Government on a set of Bylaws, regulations, laws and policies related to the work of local authorities. Moreover, APLA continued to implement trainings and capacity development programs in hybrid settings – both face-to-face and virtually – and continued developing the internal system of policies and procedures aiming at increasing our competence in service provision, in addition to activism and active presence in partner international networks and organizations.
